I Like your blog post especially those two points you made about not saying things you wouldn't say to their face and realizing their human as well.
I find them really important.
Your intro doesn't make sense though, it sounds interesting from what I can read e.g you said you really enjoyed then you said next time..
Maybe you could fix it.
I also like your penguin, its very creative. How did you make the penguin?
